ABOUT LIZA RIVERA

Personal: Liza Rivera, originally from New York City, made the beautiful Valley Isle of Maui her home in 1996 with her husband Raymond. Liza’s customer service career began at The Ritz Carlton, Kapalua, where she received extensive training and worked with Division Heads and VIP guests. The next few years she dedicated her life to her growing family and worked exclusively with her husband in their business. In 2000 they welcomed their first born Jeremy and then four years later twin girls Olivia & Anjolina to the family. Business: In 2013 Liza became a licensed Realtor where she found her passion in Residential Sales. She loves assisting her clients in finding homes and makes the challenging process of selling their home a seamless experience. In 2017 Liza was excited when HGTV chose her listing to be featured in their Hawaii Life Real Estate show. With over 70 successful transactions some include, Short Term Vacation Rentals, Single Family homes, vacant land and the purchase of a Bed & Breakfast. Liza has worked with many professionals and enjoyed the privilege of repeat clientele from as distant as New York and as far away as Dubai. In 2021 Liza was excited and humbled when she received a Double Gold Medal for top 20% in production from Keller Williams Realty Maui. In January 2022 Liza was asked to be part of her Keller Williams Market Centers Agent Leadership Council (ALC) which is made up of the top 20% of agents in each office. This dynamic board of directors is actively involved in the leadership decisions that make the office more productive and profitable. Their roles are to inspire, motivate, participate and listen. By having input from these associates, each office can tailor their strategies to thrive in all stages of the market. Community Service: During the Covid 19 crisis Liza couldn’t stand idly by and she had to do something to help, so she organized a Food Drive to benefit Maui Food Bank, which serves the Maui Community. She also rounded up 150 protective face masks for state Department of Land and Natural Resources officers who were working to keep Maui Beach’s safe during the pandemic. In June of 2020 when Gary Keller created a Social Equity Task Force for each Market Center Liza was nominated and now holds the Chair for Social Equity Ambassador for Keller Williams Realty Maui. Liza and her family continue to volunteer at the Maui Food Bank with her own food distribution site in Wailuku and making food bags for Maui Senior Citizens, and those in need. When some of the families asked Liza for basic needs such as soap and toothpaste Liza went to work coordinating a Toiletry drive for those families in need. Liza was later flattered and honored when The Maui News contacted her and asked to do a news article on her volunteer work. When the homeless community and Maui Families expressed the need of basic and essential hygiene items, Liza went to work in spearheading a Toiletry Drive, she received a $2500 donation from the Maui hotel and lodging association in support of those local families and the homeless community. The Maui Food-Bank featured Liza’s community service in their summer Newsletter, alongside her husband, Raymond and twin daughters Anjolina & Olivia.
